THE LORD IS GOOD! What else is there to know about me? Well, I'm very excited to be working with the youth at Victory. I cannot wait to see what God has in store for the youth group here, which is, by the way, the best youth group ever! After a few positions as youth minister and youth intern at other churches, God called me to Victory Baptist Church in June of 2007.
In closing, I want to quote James Kelly. He said, "Religion as a dull habit is not the religion Christ died to save." I think it is a sin to be boring! We as Christians have the best reason in the universe to be happy, our salvation through Jesus Christ! What's more exciting than that? That is the philosophy behind the youth group at Victory Baptist Church. We're going to have a lot of fun, but most importantly, grow as Christians while striving to spread the good news of Jesus Christ
